Aspirin 75 is an NSAID with antiplatelet activity and is principally used to prevent blood clots forming following a heart attack or stroke. It is also used for secondary prevention of thrombotic cerebrovascular or cardiovascular disease and following by-pass surgery. This medication is not used in children and young people less than 16 years of age.
