Tinidazole and Clarithromycine effectively kill the bacteria and other microorganisms that cause infections. Lansoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) which reduces the amount of acid in the stomach and prevents acid-related indigestion and ulcers. It safely used in pregnancy and breasfeeding.
